Havas Worldwide India Welcomes Neharika Awal, Arun Jetly, Ajitesh Verma and Monish Gupta as Executive Creative Directors

In an exciting development, Havas Worldwide India, the creative powerhouse of Havas India, has added four talented individuals to its creative team. Arjun Jetly, Neharika Awal, Ajitesh Verma, and Monish Gupta join the agency as Executive Creative Directors, marking a significant step towards strengthening the agency’s creative prowess.

Arun Jetley, returning for his second stint with Havas Worldwide India, has played a major role in crafting some of Durex’s most beloved campaigns, such as Mutual Climax and Invisible. With an extensive background that includes working with agencies like Cheil India and The Glitch
He has also won prestigious awards for his work, including Cannes Lions, Effies and ABBYs.

Neharika Awal, with over eight years of experience at Dentsu, brings a wealth of expertise to Havas Worldwide India. Before Dentsu, she worked at Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy and DDB Mudra. Through the course of her career, she has worked with leading brands including Honda Cars, OLX, Biba, Chaayos, Tasva, Canon and Dominos, to name a few, and has prominent awards including Effies and ABBYs to her name.

Ajitesh Verma‘s extensive career spans notable agencies like Wunderman Thompson, BBDO India, McCann Worldwide, and Leo Burnett. With a proven track record of success, Ajitesh has delivered impactful campaigns for a diverse range of brands, including Meta, Flipkart, Swiggy, and Pepsi Foods.

Monish Gupta, joining from Leo Burnett, brings his expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of brands across various sectors. With a rich background encompassing agencies like Dentsu, Lowe Lintas, J Walter Thompson, and Cheil, Monish has worked with industry giants such as Maruti Suzuki, LG, Myntra, and Burger King.
