Legrand India has announced leadership changes aimed at strengthening its operations. Satpal Singh has been appointed as the Director of Sales for Legrand India, Ravindran SK has been named Chief Business Officer at Numeric, a Legrand Group brand, and Nisha Samuel has joined Legrand India as Vice President – Human Resources.

Singh will lead sales strategies and expand the company’s market reach. He has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing, oil and gas, and energy sectors. Satpal has worked on strategy, supply chain, and governance. He has been with Legrand for seven years and was CEO of Numeric for three years.

SK will manage Numeric’s operations across India and focus on growth and partnerships. He has experience in sales, product marketing, and mergers and acquisitions. Samuel will oversee HR functions, including recruitment, rewards, and organisational performance. She has 26 years of experience in services, consumer durables, and specialty chemicals.

Commenting about the appointments, Tony Berland, MD and CEO of Group Legrand India, said these changes fall in line with the company’s efforts to create a leadership team ready for the future, adding that the three appointments will help drive growth, innovation, and efficiency across Legrand’s business operations.
