The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI ) has recently announced the appointment of Swagata Gupta as its Head of Corporate Communications. She returns to NPCI with a wealth of experience, having successfully helmed award-winning PR campaigns.

Before joining NPCI , Swagata served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at HDFC Bank. She also held various leadership roles at prominent organisations such as Cashfree Payments, Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited, Adfactors PR and Hanmer MS&L among others.

With a career spanning 16 years, Swagata brings a diverse skill set to NPCI. She possesses expertise in Media Relations, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Storytelling, Reputation Management and more.
