Zepto’s New Ad Campaign Showcases Inclusivity and Employee Upskilling

Zepto’s new ad campaign, featuring two digital films, brings out the heartwarming stories of its differently-abled employees who have successfully achieved many feats despite the challenges they face. This campaign also sends a message of inclusivity.

The first film follows a differently-abled delivery partner, Vishwanath, who is now a team lead working at Zepto Cafe in Bellandur, Bengaluru. He is one of more than 100 differently-abled staff members of Zepto, representing the company’s dedication to equal opportunities and empowerment.

“Vishwanath has been trained and upskilled to help him be heard in his own special way throughout the process,” the first advertisement stated.

The second film centres on the success of women employees at Zepto who have overcome a multitude of challenges and are now serving as leaders of various teams.

“We are proud to have a diverse team with over 1,200 women playing a vital role in our dark stores. As we expand our dark store network, we are committed to continuing this momentum, upskilling and empowering more women to drive our growth and success,” stated the second ad film.
