Tejkarran Singh Bajaj has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Head of Originals at Jio Studios, a part of Reliance Industries Limited. Bajaj has nearly 20 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. He shared the news of his promotion through LinkedIn.
Before joining Jio Studios, he was the Senior Creative Director (West and South) at Maxus, where he led content strategies for more than 40 brands, including Vodafone, Myntra, L’Oréal Paris, and Tata Motors. Notable achievements include creating the branded web series “TVF Tripling with Tiago” for Tata Motors and developing unique content formats like “Women of Worth” for L’Oréal Paris and “HDFC Life Youngstars.”
Earlier in his career, he produced popular nonfiction TV shows like Bigg Boss Season 3 and Survivor India. He was also part of the launch team for NDTV Metronation Delhi and produced over 600 episodes of various types of content.

Bajaj started his career as an Assistant Director at Aquarius Production and worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, where he built his content creation and visual storytelling skills. In his new role at Jio Studios, Bajaj is expected to enhance the studio’s original content lineup.
