Meesho has named Mohit Rajani as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). He will oversee the company’s product management, design, and analytics teams and lead the development and innovation of its product offerings.
Before joining Meesho, Mohit was with Carta, where he was the Vice President of Product (Core Business and Gen AI Applications). He was also the Head of Product for Messenger Monetisation at Facebook and the Product Lead of SMB Monetisation at Instagram.
Vidit Aatrey, Meesho’s Founder and CEO, talking about Mohit’s appointment, said, “Mohit’s leadership will be instrumental in driving product innovation, enhancing customer experience, and building a world-class product organisation as we continue to scale our platform.”
Rajani did his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Meesho recently also welcomed four new independent directors to its board: Hari S Bhartia, Founder and Co-chairman of the Jubilant Bhartia Group; Kalpana Morparia, the former Chairman for South and Southeast Asia at JP Morgan; Rohit Bhagat, the former Chairman for Asia Pacific at BlackRock; and Surojit Chatterjee, Founder and CEO of the generative AI firm Ema.
