
JioCinema has announced the appointment of Ishan Chatterjee as its Chief Business Officer. He will work closely with the CEO of Viacom18, Kiran Mani, oversee JioCinema’s overall monetisation, generate revenue from sports and drive Small and Medium Business (SMB) revenue growth for both sports and entertainment segments.
Ishan is transitioning to JioCinema from YouTube India, where he served as Managing Director and shaped the platform’s strategy and growth within the country. He has more than two decades of experience, including 13 years at Google. He has also worked for companies like McKinsey and Hindustan Unilever. He is an alumnus of The Wharton School and St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
