Yatra Online, a leading player in India’s travel industry through its subsidiary Yatra Online, has recently announced the appointment of Dr. Anup Wadhwan as an Independent Director of the company. Before joining Yatra, Anup served as an Independent Director on the Board of various companies, such as Cred Avenue Securities Private Limited, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited.

With over 40 years of extensive experience in international trade, finance, development administration, public administration, academics, and policymaking, Dr. Wadhawan’s appointment is expected to strengthen Yatra’s strategic vision and leadership.
