Neha Mishra has been appointed the Chief Talent Officer (CTO) for FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX India. With over 23 years of experience, she will be in charge of talent strategy and skill-building initiatives across FCB Kinnect’s Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru offices.

Previously, Neha was the Chief People Officer of VMLY&R India. She has worked with companies like VML & Glitch, IL&FS, Bombay Dyeing, and Birla Sun Life Insurance and is also a Clinical Psychologist and a certified Life & Leadership Coach.

Neha has a track record of transforming performance management through technology and creating career development opportunities. She has also strongly advocated for workforce diversity, inclusion, and emotional support in the workplace.
