MasterChef Pankaj Bhadouria has joined agritech startup Greenday as an investor and culinary advisor for its ‘Better Nutrition’ brand. This follows badminton star PV Sindhu’s endorsement and investment in the company.
Greenday aims to tackle micronutrient deficiencies. Its mission is supported by its strong supply chain, which includes over 80 agri-input stores and solid relationships with farmers. The company combines online and offline platforms, ensuring its biofortified products are easily accessible to more people.
India’s first MasterChef, Bhadouria, is well-known for her expertise in healthy cooking. She will lead the development of new biofortified food products, aiming to offer more nutritious options to consumers.
She decided to join Greenday after trying the products herself. She was strongly connected to and inspired by the brand’s mission to blend nutrition with flavour and the company’s work with farmers.
Bhadouria said, “I am excited to partner with Greenday and its brand ‘Better Nutrition’. This collaboration aligns perfectly with my passion for promoting healthy eating habits. Together, we aim to develop products that not only enhance nutrition but also delight the palate.”
