Nykaa has appointed Sukhleen Aneja, former CEO (Brands) of The Good Glamm Group, as the Senior Vice President and Business Head for Kay Beauty, popularly known as the beauty brand co-launched with actress Katrina Kaif.

In this role, Aneja will focus on expanding Kay Beauty internationally after its success in India. She will also oversee Nyveda, Nykaa’s Ayurveda-based brand, and provide her expert inputs for other wellness and personal care brands.

Aneja has more than two decades of experience in sales and marketing. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies like Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and L’Oreal. Additionally, she spent nearly three years at The Good Glamm Group.

Adwaita Nayar, the Executive Director of Nykaa, CEO of Nykka Fashion, and Head of Owned Brands, praised Aneja and called her experience invaluable as the company aims to scale up its reach and revenues domestically and internationally.
