The Coca-Cola Company has appointed Mukti Hariharan as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the INSWA region (India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh). Mukti, previously the CFO at Lenskart, is stepping in after Harsh Bhutani transitioned as the CFO for Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), the company’s bottling partner.

In this new role, Mukti will be responsible for INSWA’s financial strategy and operations, working towards Coca-Cola’s goals and performance in her designated region.

At Lenskart, Mukti oversaw financial strategy, operations, planning and analysis, treasury, and tax, for the company’s impressive growth. Before that, she was in various roles, including CFO of Homecare at Hindustan Unilever Limited, Vice President of Springboard Ventures at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), and Vice President of Credit Suisse Investment Banking in both the UK and India.

Mukti holds a postgraduate degree in analytical finance and strategic marketing from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and is an All-India rank holder in chartered accountancy.
