FCB Kinnect has welcomed Upasana Naithani as their new Senior Vice President (West). She was previously the Vice President and Chief Strategy Director at Wunderman Thompson.
At FCB Kinnect, Naithani will focus on expanding the agency’s client base in Mumbai, dip into untapped markets, and lead strategic initiatives. She will also work closely with the creative leadership.
With over 15 years in the advertising world, Naithani has been the brains behind campaigns for Spotify, Flipkart, and Hershey’s. She has also received industry accolades, for her work with brands like UltraTech and Sunsilk.
Before FCB Kinnect, she has leading roles in various organisations, including that of VP and CSD (Account Management) at Wunderman Thompson, VP of Account Management at Dentsu Creative, and Associate Vice President at Dentsu Webchutney.
Naithani holds a Diploma in Global Management, in Marketing and Marketing Management from the Cambridge Judge Business School, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IIPM.
