NODWIN Gaming, a company specialising in gaming, esports, and youth entertainment, has bought Trinity Gaming for Rs 24 crore, making Trinity Gaming a wholly owned subsidiary of NODWIN Gaming.
The purchase involves buying all of Trinity’s shares through cash and a stock exchange. Rs 4.8 crore will be paid in cash, while the remaining Rs 19.2 crore will be settled through NODWIN Gaming shares. Trinity’s founders will join as shareholders of NODWIN Gaming and will continue overseeing the company’s operations.
Founded in 2019 by Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, Trinity Gaming is a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta and India’s only Multi-Channel Network (MCN) dedicated to gaming on YouTube. The company works with over 1,000 content creators across India and collaborates with renowned brands such as Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton. Trinity is well-known for its work in creating content, digital marketing, and brand partnerships.
This acquisition will allow NODWIN Gaming to extend Trinity’s offerings to Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East. NODWIN will also combine its Unpaused Talent business with Trinity, with Trinity’s founders taking charge of the combined operations.

Akshat Rathee, co-founder of NODWIN Gaming, praised Trinity’s expertise in India’s gaming creator ecosystem, brand partnerships and community engagement, adding that it will help NODWIN improve their regional presence. “This acquisition allows us to offer more holistic solutions to our partners, from content creation to marketing services, while continuing to build a thriving gaming ecosystem in India,” he said.
