Indian Bank has decided it’s time to take on cyber fraud, launching the ‘Khabar Nahi, Khabardar Bano’ campaign. It is a digital nudge to help customers avoid online scams. The campaign, crafted by Goldmine Advertising, relies on everyday situations to break the awkwardness people feel after falling for online scams.

As more people in India switch to digital payments, cyber fraud tags along like the uninvited guest nobody wants. This campaign spills the beans on different types of scams while dropping some no-nonsense tips to keep people safe. Through short films, it points out common frauds and asks viewers to stay alert.

Imran Khan Hanafi, Group Creative Director at Goldmine Advertising, informed that each film focuses on a specific fraud type, helping viewers understand and avoid these scams. The campaign draws on everyday experiences to address the hesitation many feel in discussing fraud incidents, using humour to keep the message engaging, he added.
