Zepto plans to introduce a separate app for its 10-minute food delivery service, Zepto Cafe, as shared by co-founder and CEO Aadit Palicha on social media.

In a LinkedIn update, Palicha mentioned that Zepto Cafe is growing quickly, with over 100 new cafés launching each month and approximately 30,000 orders being placed daily. Earlier this year, Zepto highlighted that Cafe is a key focus, already achieving an annualised revenue run rate (ARR) of ₹160 crore, with a target of ₹1,000 crore ARR by 2026.

Zepto, known for its fast delivery services in India, officially rolled out Zepto Cafe across the country in November 2024. Palicha emphasised the importance of quick market entry and ongoing improvements, noting that the app’s first version will be a minimal viable product (MVP) rather than a fully developed platform.

Separately, media reports announced that Zepto’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Martin Dinesh Gomez, has stepped down. Palicha will handle certain HR responsibilities, while Chief Brand Officer Chandan Mendiratta, now also the Chief Culture Officer, will manage other HR functions.
