Meta has a new Director of Agencies and VC Partnerships in India. Gaurav Jeet Singh, the previous Head of Agency Business at Meta, announced his appointment on LinkedIn.
A seasoned consumer marketing leader, Singh has more than 25 years of experience in brand and business development. He has a strong background in entrepreneurship and expertise in both traditional and digital media. He has previously served as the Media Director for Unilever in South Asia.
Singh played a crucial role in shaping India’s media ecosystem, serving on the Technical Committee of BARC (Broadcast Audience Research Council). He has been given recognition as one of Impact Magazine’s Top 100 Marketing Leaders in India (2020) and Campaign India Magazine’s South Asia Marketer of the Year (2018).
His work also included implementing an “always-on” content strategy through partnerships with content creators and influencers, delivering impactful campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging OTT platforms.

Singh has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specialising in Marketing from the Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development, and a Post Graduate Diploma In Management, Strategic Marketing & Strategy and Leadership from the Indian School of Business.
